License & ID Services Without Waiting in Line at the OMV
Are you wondering “where can I get a state ID near me?” or you need your Louisiana driver’s license renewed? Come to The Notary Shoppe and skip the OMV line for your ID or license renewal! All you need to bring is proof of address, your old license or ID, and your Social Security number if you need to replace a lost or stolen ID or driver’s license.
Visit us to:
- Replace a lost or stolen license or ID
- Keep your ID up to date
- Update the address on your ID (often finished within 15 minutes)
- Get a state ID issued if your driver’s license is suspended, blocked, or flagged
We are not able to do first-time licenses, driver’s tests, or first-time IDs. We cannot renew your license if it has been suspended, revoked, or flagged, but we can issue you a state ID.

Vehicle Title Transfer Near You

All you need to bring is a valid driver’s license or ID for both the buyer and seller, proof of the buyer’s liability insurance coverage, the current title, and a witness to the sale if the seller is absent.

Our team of highly qualified notaries is legally authorized to certify claims made by individuals and serve as reliable witnesses. Once the claim has been made, our notaries can notarize the affidavit, ensuring a complete and legally certified claim.
